Return & Cancelation Conditions

• 1. Subscription Cancellation: - Users can cancel their subscription at any time from the account settings page. - Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. - The subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Payback Policy: - Within 14 days from the date of purchase, if you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund. - We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for users who subscribe for the first time. - Your refund requests [email protected] you can forward it by sending an e-mail to his address.


• 3. Refund Procedures: Paid Payoff - After the refund request is confirmed, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. - For credit card/debit card payments, the payback processing time of your bank may vary.


• 4. Non-Refundable Cases: - refund requests exceeding the 14-day period will not be evaluated. - Payments made for Enterprise plan customizations are non-refundable. - A partial refund can be made for services received using promotional or discount codes.

Right to Cancellation and Modification of the Service: - Mocky.ai , reserves the right to terminate the service without making any refund in case of detection of use contrary to the terms of service. - Service terms and pricing changes will be notified to customers at least 30 days in advance.
